When was the oil changed?!?!? Got a large order all worthy of going in garbage! I don't know how you can make the chile taste horrible as everything comes out of a bag! What a waste!!! Go to any Hamilton, Stoney Creek Wendy's but this location! Save your money and time. Gave them several chances! Don't bother ordering large fries because you'll get a portion of small. Worst Wendy's in the Hamilton, Stoney Creek area!!!!

Caitlin at Wendy’s was amazing! She was super friendly, patient, and had such a positive attitude the whole time. Even when it was busy, she stayed calm and made sure my order was right.

Overall, my experiences here has been on par with other Wendy’s locations. But tonight (Feb 23rd, 2026) around 9:30pm, came and ordered a 5 chicken strip combo in drive thru. Service was good, but the chicken was so dry (well past its quality timer), and fries seemed a little undercooked. The chicken also has a “Smokey smell and taste, could not finish it. I would’ve completed a survey but didn’t get my receipt so wasn’t sure what the store number was.

They should really reconsider who they have on drive-thru window. Just because you have to do the bare minimum at your job does not warrant giving out attitude to customers. Some people lack common respect. If you can’t reach that level of basic decency perhaps switch jobs, because clearly customer service just isn’t for you. I also believe her name was Erin (from what i’ve been told).

One of the worst locations in the Hamilton area. Found a hair in my burger, fries over the entire floor behind the counter. Absolutely disgusting. The manager was so rude and refused to address any of my concerns and just quickly handed me coins for a refund when I paid with card and didn’t feel sorry or bad for the situation that happened whatsoever. Been waiting over 6 months to hear a reply back from Wendy’s customer service, after constant e-mails from them and never getting a response! Avoid this location and I’ll never be going back
