I was at 345 lake street Sunday February 22nd at 11:35 pm and the service was over the top rude and offensive. I was with my son at the drive thru just to order fries. Before I was greeted with anything other than eyes rolled at me because I had a $50 bill in my hand and said it was all I had while jokes were being had with the red headed girl with pimples and the black man w dreads from the kitchen also laughing as if they were high. I was asked to move my car up to wait for fries. There was not a car to be seen behind me, dark out and snowing. So why move my car I’ll just wait here. She rudely says move your car up. Why is a cook and a drive thru employee at a window with blood shot eyes laughing at customers and rudely judging them? We just left the hospital and were tired and hungry. My dad had a heart attack today. Instead of wait I asked for my money back and went to A&W where we were served politely and w respect. I would like to be reached by upper management regarding this matter. That was not ok.

These people are completely incompetent and can't even read an online order when it is directly in front of their face. If you have a specific order, you better expect not to get it. It used to be good but the last 6 times that I have been there, they manage to screw it up every single time. Go to 4'th Ave or Welland Street location. These guys probably don't even know how to tie their shoes.

I have doordashed from this Wendy's multiple times. Everything is up to par! Great Strawberry Lemonade, Poutine, And amazing sale on Spicy Chicken + Crispy Chicken sandwiches!! My sandwiches were topped perfectly with the right amount of everything. The meat is good quality too. Keep up the good work!!

Absolutely terrible staff I stood at the cash register no lie for 10 minutes. Manager came to the cash register took change looked at me didn't say anything walked away the staff kept looking at me and walking away. Over the past year it seems to be under New Management and it's disgusting it's never clean always waiting. I have ran restaurants for 28 years corporate chains. This place management should be embarrassed of the customer service they don't provide. I would avoid this place

Ordered a Wednesday Frosty off the app but when we arrived they don't have them anymore. It really makes me wonder why they don't just make them unavailable on the app. Normally this wouldn't be a big deal but I had been really wanting the Wednesday Frosty and even substituted my drink for it in the combo.. I just asked my boyfriend if he wanted the frosty (that was substantially cheaper than the Wednesday one) thankfully the lady upgraded it a size because she knew us and because she was probably aware that there was a price difference. I'm just thoroughly disappointed. I didn't even want to eat the rest of the stuff I ordered.
