Amazing service and equipment here ! I Had issues finding a good wet saw for my large Porcelain tiles, as everything I used would leave little chips throughout the whole edge and it needed to be perfect. Their saw exceeded my expectations and gave me a laser straight cut. You will only get quality tools / equipment here !

They are not giving clear information. Be aware and get everything written and confirmed to be safe. I faced with way higher prices in the end. I ask for the gas, they say oh just bring it full if possible. Then they charged me $7.10 per liter for gas.

Likes to waste people's time. Called for a floor grinder, puts me on hold to go check for it. Comes back on the phone and says "Yep, we got it" Show up 20mins later, Owner: OH, the guy that rented it didn't return it. Won't be back until later. No apology, no sorry for the inconvenience. Not a damn word. Not even the common sense to give a courtesy call back to the customer when he figured out it wasn't there. Garbage customer service even when you try and support local.

Rented a floor grinder. It did not work out great. It was likely combination of the stones I was using or something else. However it was nearly $400 to rent and it just sucked that it didn't work out for us so it was $400 wasted. When I return the machine I mentioned it to the gentleman at the counter and without even complaining much he refunded me without me even asking. Boy let me tell you I'm so deep into this project already every penny counts and when he refunded me I felt a little bit of spirits go back into my body LOL I really appreciate that. I'll definitely be back I just wasn't expecting such good customer service. It seems to be rare these days.
