Twice The Deal Pizza

My wife and I were early for an appointment next door in the plaza and we're hungry so we decided to grab a couple of slices of pizza. My wife had a Hawaiian and I had a meat Lovers. Both slices were very good and the service was excellent.

My partner and I had an issue with bad customer service last night (see prior 1 star) I received a call today from the owner I presume, who argued with me that I misunderstood his employee from the night before- and that their last call is 12:30, but closing time is 1. Fine. Last calls exist, but a matter of less than a single minute is insane. This also isn’t the case as I’ve ordered pizzas for pick up and in store much closer to 1 and definitely past 12:30 many many times. Customer service has been awful here the past few encounters- maybe due to new management/ownership , but either way receiving a call to follow up on a poor review and that call being someone arguing with you to prove they’re right is wild work. Not going to return here any more. Sucks because I loved this place and the pizza is awesome.

Didn’t bring 1 of the items I ordered. The delivery driver did remove the price of missing item from the total cost of my order. That being said food was good as usual. From time of order to time of delivery was a reasonable 35 minutes and food was nice and hot. Ordered the pizza & wing deal and you cannot beat the value anywhere else. Ordered through the app from the Thorold Stone Road location. Been ordering from them for over 10 years and will continue to do so.

Fantastic pizza, the wings leave much to be desired. These are “wings with buffalo sauce”

I ordered online through Uber Eats and hopefully you can tell from the picture that the pizza was too good to wait to take a picture. Anyways, it was beyond amazing, and at a good price too (even with all those added costs that Uber lovessss to do 😒). Definitely left a good impression on me. On Uber Eats, for a six inch pizza it came to like $26 after delivery fees and service fees, so overall pretty good. Definitely recommend.
