Surfside Inn

I DID NOT even want to give one star, this place is so absolutely disgusting in every way. It is very dirty, smelly and old. They treat their long term guests like dogs on the street, doing without the most basic of necessities. The heating elements are ancient. Pre 1970's. The toilets and sinks are rusty and the grounds are in total disrepair. DO NOT STAY AT THIS HORRIBLE PLACE!!

Location is close to everything you need. The staff are incredibly friendly and accommodating. If you just need to lay your head for a few hours, this is it. With that said, the building could use a lot of maintenance. And I do mean A LOT.

It was great and I enjoyed my status there. I liked it a lot cuz I got a lot of free stuff. I like free stuff cuz I don't like to pay for anything.

Cheap motel, one of our beds had complimentary urine all over it. Didnt even have to ask! Called the manager and he really could not not care less. Did nothing to help get us another room and hung up on me. Zero stars if i could.

Great location! Just outside the city craziness of downtown Niagara Falls but close to several fun local bars! Rooms were decent, nothing to write home about, but it works for a place to keep your things and rest your head. TIP: They exchange currency here, but know your exchange rates before hand....so you don't get ripped off like I did.
