Had a great experience closing a business transaction with Sarah Wilcox and Andrew Mahoney. Very quick to turn around all areas of the transaction and were easily accessible to chat through the many changes required to close the business deal.

Patrick Lyons is a joke! He’s a WASTE of time! He Can’t even defend himself! He just spends time pretending to assist! Yet nothing comes of it! Just a waste! Unfortunately, my experience with this lawyer was very poor. Lack of communication, minimal effort, and no meaningful results. I expected professionalism and advocacy and received neither. I would not use this lawyer again!

BEWARE it appears that PATRICK LYONS is secretly working for the other party and using our funds to pay them! Every time we think we won or are getting somewhere something always comes up! it’s as if the other party has inside intel! We hired this Patrick for our case and paid a significant retainer. At the beginning, we were told our case had a viable path forward. (Just lies) Over time, we experienced extremely poor communication, unclear strategy or strategy that just ends up aiding the other party! and constant pressure to continue litigating despite it becoming obvious that the case was not realistically winnable. Deadlines were missed, important issues were not addressed properly, and we were repeatedly billed for work that did not move the case forward in any meaningful way. We spent a large amount of money and ended up worse off than where we started. We strongly feel that our case was dragged out unnecessarily and that our interests were not treated as a priority. If you are considering this lawyer, I strongly recommend getting a second opinion before proceeding and watching billing and strategy very carefully.

Sullivan and Mahoney Partners, This review isn’t easy to write, but given the utter disrespect and lack of integrity we’ve encountered with your firm and Mr. Adam Patchet, it has become necessary. We came to Sullivan and Mahoney on a personal recommendation, trusting that we would receive actual, professional representation. Instead, we’ve experienced nothing but disappointment, frustration, and outright disbelief at Mr. Patchet’s behavior and approach to our case. When Mr. Patchet asked for a $10,000 retainer, we paid it immediately, under the assumption that he would actually do something . Instead, nothing substantial has happened. No litigation , no motions have been filed, and not even a single formal letter has been sent to the opposing party. We are still exactly where we started, minus $10k Mr. Patchet has refused to listen to our preferred resolutions, dismissing our input entirely. It's painfully clear that he prioritizes billing hours over resolving client issues, which is not only unethical but a disgrace to the legal profession. All we’ve received are occasional, repetitive phone calls, in which Mr. Patchet rehashes the same information without any progress. It’s as if he’s deliberately dragging this out to benefit himself at our expense. This kind of behavior isn’t just incompetent it feels blatantly manipulative. It’s abundantly clear to us that Mr. Patchet has no interest in resolution and is instead focused on wasting our time to his own financial advantage. it’s an embarrassment to the principles a law firm is supposed to uphold. He has caused us to waste significant time and money, and the way we’ve been treated by someone we trusted to represent us is truly disgusting. When I say we’ve been ignored, I mean it. Multiple requests for a detailed invoice have been shrugged off, and Mr. Adam Patchet continues to send emails to an outdated address despite being given an updated one. This is basic professionalism, and he can’t even manage that. As a professional myself, I would never treat any of my clients with such blatant disregard. His failure to listen, his lack of follow-through, and his dismissive attitude have left us feeling utterly disrespected. Our attempts to resolve this amicably have failed, so now we will be taking further steps. After consulting with another attorney, we’ve been advised to file a formal complaint. We refuse to remain silent while Mr. Patchet disregards his obligations as a legal professional and ignores the trust we placed in your firm. Let me be clear this is $10,000 of my hard earned money, gone with nothing to show for it and then asked for another 10k with no progress , so he wants a total of 20k with no work into this case is Ludacris and a complete scam. As a single mother of four, including a child with special needs, I am disgusted that Mr. Patchet is playing games with something as serious as our livelihood. This isn’t just about money it’s about trust, respect, and decency. All of which Mr. Patchet has shown a complete lack of. Mr. Adam Patchet, you should be ashamed and disgusted of how you have handle your practice. Hopefully one day you will gain the ethic and have the dedication to actually serve your clients with integrity.
