Unfortunately, this winery struggles with extreme staff turnover that is noticeable even to the casual visitor. The lack of a seasoned team in the cellar and retail suggests a deep-seated culture issue. There are far better-managed wineries in the region where the staff—and the wine—are treated with more respect.
View on GoogleI just recently visited this winery as it came highly recommended from Lakeview Winery for a great place for dry Chardonnays - my favourite. I am a content creator in the area with a dedicated following for must-visit AirBnbs and Wineries. I was excited to check this establishment out after hearing about their multiple wineries that they feature. When I arrived I saw a sign for a free mulled wine sample and instantly became excited as I’m always looking for my next favourite mulled wine recipe for my creator parties that I host. I went in and tried a couple samples and fell in love with the Chardonnay used in their mulled wine sample. I never even finished my samples as I only wanted to try for the taste as I’m very particular but will spend the money on wines that I enjoy and am a part of multiple wine clubs. I decided to pick up the bottle of Chardonnay that I enjoyed and left. When I got in my care I got a notification that I was charged $44.29 for my bottle of Chardonnay. Turns out I was charged $5 per tasting without my knowledge. This is absolutely crazy to me as I was never notified of this fee at all and every other winery I’ve visited knows who I am and is more then happy to host me, especially because I am a good customs who always buys. I was never told of the fee and charged as a surprise that I didn't noticed until my notification came up on my way home. I was really happy with my experience at this winery up until this not so happy surprise. I was even going to list them as a must visit for my new series of Lincoln wineries but in my opinion you cannot charge customers for something that as not disclosed. No other winery does this in the area and free samples are welcomed for paying guests. I’m extremely disappointed in this trickery and will not recommend this winery to any visiting guest on my blog or socials. Extremely disappointed!!!
View on GoogleTruly a hidden jem! This winery is a must visit, the staff are knowledgeable and friendly, the wines are delicious. But for me personally I’m here for the authentic Italian pizza, these guys are the best!! This is the closest I’ve found outside of Italy, the taste and texture is amazing. The outdoor seating and atmosphere is beautiful, comfy chairs surrounding fire pits creates a cozy environment. If you’re looking for a place to relax and enjoy a nice evening then this is the place for you. Sit back, relax enjoy a bite and a delicious drink.
View on GoogleHad a truly splendid experience at Niagra Custom Crush Studio! Multiple winemakers under one roof means they have a wide range of wines to taste from, including the best Chardonnay I've ever tasted. The staff was super personable, we felt right at home. To top it all off they make charcuterie boxes where you can pick your cheeses! Would recommend to anyone.
View on GoogleThe winery has a good selection of wine and cheese. Mark was a very friendly and knowledgeable host, we tried the Tragically Hip and Stoney Ridge Cabernet wine which was excellent. Kelsey was helpful in aiding us taste the different cheeses available. There are tragically hip tshirts and memorabilia available as well. Highly recommended!
