Sean, Ryan, Sherri and team are amazing. The availability of activities and services are plentiful. The place is beautiful and clean. The staff are so kind and caring. It was so comforting to know they keep an eye out for your loved ones. As my mom cognitively declined, this team was on board to lend support and suggestions. I felt like I was leaving a family-like team of brothers and sisters when my mom could no longer live independently. I’m grateful for the incredible personalities (and especially their insight and humour!) .. and the inherent kindness of the Stamford Estates team. They honestly care.. and that’s huge.

We found the facility to be clean, bright, and very well maintained. We also really liked the room layout and overall atmosphere—it felt welcoming and thoughtfully designed. We were genuinely impressed with the environment (food, activities, and sense of community) and the professionalism of the staff we encountered. I would absolutely be referring other friends’ parents and families to Stanford Estates. If you are looking for truly nice places for their loved ones, Stanford Estates will certainly be a great place to live.

Canadian Forces Veteran, Have a registered service dog; and the staff are harassing my father and refusing to do a Thanksgiving Dinner two weeks in advance, and continually harassing him over it. Priya is the finance officer, and does not care that the place gets fined or sued after being shown the ID for service dog. We will be getting my father out of this place, as this is not a family friendly environment.

I've been living at Stamford Estates for 9 months. It truly is a wonderful place to call home. Sean, Ryan, Tammy, Paula Lisa, and Sherri are a fantastic management team that keeps this place running smoothly. The kitchen and maintenance staff are always friendly and helpful. The food is varied and delicious. Many activities are offered to enjoy. I would highly recommend checking this retirement residence out as it checks all the boxes. It is a vibrant community that I am happy to be a part of in Niagara Falls.

I had an opportunity to visit my friend at Stamford Estates Retirement Community for the first time after he moved in, and I was so impressed! To begin with, from the minute I walked in, I was struck by how spotlessly clean and well-maintained the building is. You can see that the staff takes great pride in maintaining the community in top-notch condition. All of the staff members that I encountered during my visit were friendly, professional, and genuinely caring. My friend has always told me how happy he is living here, and now that I have seen it for myself, I can completely understand why. He is always speaking about how wonderful the staff is and how good the food is—and I don't doubt a single word! I also had the opportunity to meet the Manager, Sean, and spoke to him briefly. What a gentleman! His warmth and professionalism shone right through, and it's reassuring to see that the community is in such good hands. After this visit, I have no hesitation in strongly recommending Stamford Estates to anyone looking for a top-notch retirement community. In fact, after such a positive experience, I can honestly say I will be a resident myself in the very near future! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Highly recommend!
