We had the most special experience celebrating our close family friend's birthday. The service was phenomenal and the atmosphere was perfect. The decor was very tasteful and appealed to the restaurant theme. The food was incredibly fresh and well made. We will be returning! Also! Our server surprised our special birthday guest with a large slice of the best chocolate cake we've ever had. Perfect night

We’ve been going here since they opened. This is an honest to goodness fabulous family owned Italian restorante. Everything is great! However I personally feel the wood oven thin crust pizza is the absolute best in the Golden Horseshoe.

We came here as a group, the service was good. We ordered some appetizers. The garlic cheese crustini was good, but the fritto misto was not good, very overcooked which caused everything to be rubbery and hard. The meals were good, the beef ravioli had real beef (not a puré) and had good flavour, same with the chicken parmesan. I agree with others comments on the temperature, they keep the place very cold (was running the AC on a cold day).

Went to Spasso recently for two events, a private event in the back room and a dinner for Valentines day dinner. Food was exceptional as usual. Staff was helpful and kind both times and food came out timely considering how busy it was on both occasions. The specials were a nice change to their already delicious menu on valentines day. Had an amazing 2025 Valentine's Day/bday dinner which was unexpected due to weather but ended up in a lovely evening! Enjoyed the great service of the ladies which you could tell they were working hard as the place was full ! We enjoyed their specials which I must say I hope become regular menu items as they were fantastic! Presentation and quality of the food was exceptional as you could tell time and effort and most importantly fresh ingredients were used! We had off the regular menu: Fritto misto Deep fried ravioli Specials 48 hour braised shortribs 4 cheese gnocchi mac and cheese with prawns
