Docs are good and deserve a lunch but maybe they should close the office instead if making people wait an hour! Then we could go and get food too. Not even having the decency to say we will register you but come back in 40 mins. Guess our time is not worth anything

My pregnant wife went in with our 1 year old daughter to get a check up as they are both sick with eye/throat infections. The doctor barely looked at my daughter, while being rude and making remarks towards how my wife lives her life and was even upset with her because my daughter was crying. This isnt the first time this doctor was rude with her. Will not be back as this doctor clearly doesnt care for paitents. Would rather wait in welland emerg for 3 hours.

Honestly this office is full of crooks plain and simple !!! Every time I leave this place the dr makes me worse then when I came in ! I feel he just could care less and just happy to get his paycheque. In order to fax my paper work over to a medical marijuana clinic because I am tired of getting side effects from my meds and now on the highest dose and it's starting to not work again they say I have to pay almost $300 for missing 2 appointments in a span of more than 3 years , plus what it cost for them to email them my medical history!!!!! Thanks for the help doctor , I could have sworn that's what your profession was for !? Helping people !!!!

Went to see a doctor for a prescription for a puffer that I have been using for years. When I went to get it filled apparently I needed another form so the pharmacy called and asked for verbal permission from this doctor . The doctor told her that I must come in again and get reevaluated not even 24hrs after I went to already see him. So now I must sit for hrs waiting AGAIN. This doctor is all for money and not for the patients. I don't recommend this walking for anyone go to seaway mall walk in if your in Welland WAY BETTER DOCTORS WHO CARE!!!

After I had a scan done I went back to the clinic for the results. The Dr. I saw was so very nasty towards me. He said what the !!!!!!!!!! Are you here to see me for anyway. No wonder 8 out 10 Doctors leave Ontario and go to the USA. We are stuck with the leftovers who are not that great with people. I am a Dr. but I did not study here in Canada. I will not be going back to that clinic again due to the way they speak towards people. It's a shame that they have to be like that and hope that one day they realize how they act towards people.
