First time ever in this hidden gem. Plenty of parts to keep that favorite household item out of the landfill, and more than reasonable rates. They offer repairs to just about anything electric with a motor (and some without), as well as key cutting and blade sharpening. Hopefully Otto will find the right person to keep this place going, and keep it as friendly and efficient as it currently is.

Wonderful establishment! I don't know what I'd do without these folks--they can handle everything from all kinds of different models of vaccuums to rewiring lamps and diagnosing problems with coffee makers. They are amazing and I've always been happy with my repairs. Have used them for a variety of different small appliances that needed servicing.

These guys are magicians when it comes to fixing small appliances. Been going for years. Hope they never close!! Don't know what I'd do without them. Nice to k ow mot everything ends up in the garbage. Fix it!!

A busy place, but still provide good service and try to be helpful. Prices are reasonable. Have been using this place for 18 years now and have had several electrical items fixed. No issues. Thank you.

We ordered a Black & Decker lawnmower battery. The quote was $190.00, delivery in a week or two. Over a month later they phoned that it finally arrived. We drove from Fort Erie to St. Catharines to pick it up. The battery was not packaged and did not include the charger. I asked if it was used and was assured that it was new and this is how B&D ships them. They tried to charge $250.00. I objected and the salesman "lowered" the price to $195.00. Upon bringing the battery home, my son pointed to some scuffing at the bottom and the fact that the battery was 1/3 charged. On top of that our existing charger's ports do not fit this "new" battery! I called Sandham with this information and said I was driving it back for a refund. Again, the salesman was trying to convince me that B&D pre-charges the battery a "little bit" before shipping the product (HUH?!?), that the old charger ports "must" fit... Enough! I am breaking my "shop Canadian" resolution and I am going to pick a brand-new, packaged battery in Buffalo. New charger is included, all for $127.00 USD. Less taxes, and even with the unfavourable exchange we come ahead. We are NOT happy customers!
