Just had an appraisal done for mortgage refi. Did not call before coming to my house. Told my mother in law "I've been employed by the owner", in a rude fashion and walked right by her into back yard. Unbelievable bad attitude! 3+ bedroom, updated, executive bungalow in Fonthill came in under 800k.. I would rate business as 'sketchy at best'!!!

Came and did an appraisal yesterday in Welland for me, was kind of a last minute thing. But was very quick and pleasent. Highly recommend!

Very unprofessional had an appointment but they never showed or called for the appointment. I called the office after waiting for 55mins. The man on the phone said he would figure it out and call me back, they never did. I would not recommend using this service. Called back the next day tried lying and saying it was for the next week, but the man couldn't find that the day before when I spoke to him, plus I had the voicemail with the date I knew it was. Bad business
