Big shout-out to Kyle and James at Queenston Tire. I had a tricky situation with my truck, and even though an incompatible part kept us from finishing the job, these guys worked tirelessly to try and find a solution. Excellent communication and genuine effort. It’s hard to find a shop this dedicated to their customers. I’ll definitely be back

I honestly don’t think I’ve ever had such a smooth experience getting my tires changed. James really made my day, the service was fast, reliable, and very professional. The whole process was super easy and stress-free. They’re truly amazing, and I really appreciate the level of service they provided. Highly recommend!

Worst experience ever!! First I called and a guy gave me a price and when I went the guy in the front desk with a tattoo on his face was rude and quoted me higher price. I told him I already call and made appointment over the phone and had a price quoted over the phone as well. After that they took almost 2 hours for new tires….. I was like it’s fine and didn’t wanna leave a review but today talking to a friend she told me where she got her tires and how much she paid “similar size” I almost paid double her. Don’t go or trust these guys they are liars!!

Kyle is the BEST!! Big shout out to his professionalism, and his honestly! What a pleasure to deal with, made mine and my daughters whole day because he was able to fix her tire and get it back to us straight away. Thank you so much to the whole team. Highly recommend

Unfortunately, I can’t recommend this place. Although they had a quick turn around time with getting my brand new tires mounted on my brand new rims, they scratched 3 of them like the picture below. Not only that, I even gave them a bag with brand new valve stems with polished sleeves. Only 2 sleeves were used and I now have 3 different size valves stems. Not what I wanted to see after spending a good chunk of change on new rims and tires.
