I've gone in here a few times and they've always been pleasant to deal with. The more recent time was to find out why a small stihl product wasn't working out the proper way and they came to the conclusion there was a little bit of a defect and they replaced it on the spot which I was very thankful for. Thanks for the great service.
View on GoogleAbsolutely satisfied. Took our self drive mower in for repair and expected the bill to be a bit more than it was. Repaired in a reasonable time frame, affordable charges, great service. Mower came back looking like new! Thank you so much!!
View on GoogleI dropped my trimmer off in the first week of March of this year for a service before the lawn season. I was told they would rather replace the carburetor then clean it. No problem, went ahead and ordered it. Fast forward to 2.5 months later. No carburetor has shown up, no idea when it's coming in either. So I asked how much to just get my trimmer back because I went and purchased a new trimmer cause I could no longer wait. Well I got it back, in non running condition. Spark plug wasn't there. No air filter. Fuel lines not there. Carb barely threaded on. No primer ball or cover. And I got charged $80 for a trimmer I brought in in running condition and got it back in not running condition. To say the service was a disappointment is an understatement. Now I get it, it's not their fault Stihl can't ship a carb in a reasonable manner. But to give a trimmer back missing parts and in non running condition is a load of garbage. So I guess this is what they do if you take your equipment back and not finish the job. So moral of the story if they don't have the parts I guess you can expect to get your stuff back in non running order. I plan on selling the trimmer in hopes to recoup some of the money I was charged and my other equipment Stihl equipment I will sell also so I have no chance of having to deal with Pic's again in the future

The customer service was outstanding—everyone I interacted with was incredibly nice, helpful, and genuinely made the whole process so easy. They took the time to explain everything and ensured I was well-informed throughout the repair. The entire experience was smooth, and I felt like I was in great hands from start to finish. Overall, just an awesome experience. Highly recommend!
View on GoogleBought my Zero turn mower here and couldn’t be happier. There was no pressure from the sales person and he took the time to show me how a zero turn works since I’ve never used even a tractor style mower before. Delivery was next day and the person that delivered also took the time to teach me how to drive it and made sure I was comfortable. He even had me drive it with him instructing me. It was like getting a luxury car delivery experience.
