This company is the easiest insurance company that I’ve ever had to deal with. They found me great rates and my broker John is phenomenal to deal with. Highly recommend

These people are scammers!! they’ll never call you to discuss future payment changes. They just send you it in the mail. I got a new car which means new policy, they did the difference what is owing on my old car policy, so they increased it from 270 to 680 a month. My broker said unfortunately he can’t change it, and to me he doesn’t show that he did or try to do his best to help me out during these difficult times that I’m sure everyone is going through cause of COVID-19.

I was previously with an insurance provider that continuously increased their rates with no explanation. I contacted John Mastrandrea at Olsen Sottile. John was quick to find me lower priced insurance with much better service. Now, all of my insurance details are in one place and I couldn’t be happier. GREAT SERVICE AND SAVINGS I have been with a large insurance broker for 20 plus years. I mistakenly assumed that loyalty to the company would get me discounts and favoured treatment. I was wrong. After talking to friends at Ed's Pipeworks they recommended their insurer, Sottile Olsen Insurance Brokers Inc. The service and the savings were fantastic. Even when I bought a new car and changed policies and coverage, Sottile Olsen were informative, knowledgable and professional. I will recommend them to friends, family and co-workers!

Worst brokers I have ever dealt with. got insurance for my wife who was not a Canadian citizen. They gave us the same quote as everyone else. but within 1 year our premiums were raised 4 separate times. To well over $400 a month. Contacted out broker numerous times asking about discounts through chamber of commerce, through work, because we installed an alarm, because we installed a dash camera, etc. We were informed ever time we would not get any type of discount for those. Finally after the 4th increase we started shopping around again and found Youngs Insurance who were able to get us discounts for everything we mentioned to our broker in the last year and now we pay less then half of our last increase and to top it off it's still the same Intact insurance that he said wouldn't give us discounts. This is just a case of the broker being lazy and refusing to help his client. We hope no one has as horrible experience as us.
