Scenic Tours of Niagara

Scenic tours of Niagara was a great way to see different aspects of the great Falls and businesses that have grown around them. Fortunato, our guide was patient, knowledgeable and diligent a great driver and a gentle nature. He was a joy. There are certainly tourist traps, but overall it is helpful to experience the falls with a guide.

We loved the boat ride, the tunnel and the 4D experience - great experience! However, for the price I would expect better organization. Nobody communicated the full agenda for the day, so we didn't know when to expect lunch, kids were really hungry. In the bus, the tour guide kept asking other kids to be quiet. How can you keep your kids quiet, especially on vacation? Few times we were told: "now we're going to cut in line, just don't look into their eyes", which makes me doubt if all this thing is legal?

I absolutely hate tours because they are all so slow and boring. But I would take any tour with Dirk. DIRK IS AMAZING!!! I have never ever met a tour guide as efficient as him. He planed the entire day so we didn’t have to wait in any line ups. We never waited for anything and I hate waiting and crowds just like him. I will always remember this as the best tour I’ve ever been on because and only because of Dirk.

Despite the power of the falls, we felt completely safe throughout the tour. The captain skillfully navigated the boat, and the crew's expertise and professionalism were evident. Overall, the tour is an absolute must-do when visiting Niagara Falls from Canada 🇨🇦 side. It's an unforgettable experience that combines natural beauty, thrilling adventure, and a touch of education. I can't recommend it highly enough!

We thoroughly enjoyed this 5 1/2 hour tour which included an up-close and personal cruise directly under the falls by Hornblower, journey behind the falls, 4-D experience of Niagara’s fury, butterfly observatory and maple syrup and fudge tasting. Dave Plato was an excellent guide! He and his extended family grew up near Niagara Falls, Canada, and he had a thorough knowledge not only of the falls, but of the entire area. Very informative tour! He also recommended we watch Niagara, an old movie starring Marilyn Monroe. It was awesome as it was filmed on the Canadian side of the falls. Many of the scenes were very familiar. This was a spectacular trip and priceless!
