Mary Brown's Chicken

The nice young man went above and beyond to provide me with a chicken sandwich at 9:15 pm last night. The person who made it was equally as good. I would recommend this location and the owner should give them a raise.

I've been there 3 times and every time the food is hot and delicious. They are quick to take your order and is prepared quickly, the staff is knowledgeable and fast getting your orders ready. It can be a little pricey but worth every bit you pay. This is real chicken, not mechanically separated chicken parts. It's definitely worth the money. They also have dessert, as well as specials, it's definitely worth checking out! And the staff is very friendly!

Very disappointed, I have had MARY BROWN CHICKEN from New Foundland to ALBERTA and when I see that they were opening up a store in welland ont I was so excited, good by KFC,but now that I have bought some 4 breast,4legs and a large coleslaw $50 dollars for whT I ordered, NOP I will never go back.

I stopped by Mary Brown’s around 4pm for their Blue Jays sandwich meal, and the lineup was literally out the door and wrapped around the building. Normally I’d leave, but I was hungry and decided to wait it out and I’m glad I did! When I finally got inside, the place was absolutely packed, but what really stood out was how well the team handled the rush. The manager was right there on the floor working alongside the staff, and everyone was friendly, calm, and working hard even though it had to be one of their busiest days all year. While waiting for my order, I witnessed a “Karen” trying to argue her way into getting four sandwiches for the promo price, even though the deal clearly said a max of two per person. The manager handled it like a pro he stayed calm, polite, and professional the entire time, apologized even though it wasn’t his fault, and then jumped right back in to help his team. Even with the huge crowd, the store was clean, organized, and running smoothly. And the sandwich? Totally worth the wait warm, fresh, and delicious. I was really impressed by how this crew managed such chaos with great attitude and teamwork. I’d 100% come back! 10/10

I don't think I could say enough good things about this particular location of Mary browns, the genuine pride of work that beams through each person working here is incredible. The consistency of their food being fresh and delicious each visit, is unmatched, as I have ordered food many places, and have literally never been disappointed here. Their restaurant is immaculate, and everyone seems to genuinely enjoy being there. Whatever their doing behind the scenes to run such a friendly efficient consistent restaurant, their systems work where, I haven't ordered in a bit and here I am waking up on a Saturday morning and thinking how grateful I am to just have them in our community. Thank you for making the hard days easier just by exsisting.
