George Krusell

Love George and his team. We've been using his services for our last 4 house deals and also for our wills. Love his personality. Very personable, I even referred my parents to him for their wills. The ladies at the office are amazing, such hard workers.

After knowing this man for over 30 years, and referring my elderly parents to him for their Wills, he then appoints my brother " power of attorney " behind my back. My mother has dementia but despite this, he allowed the POA to be given. When I discussed with him about my mother, he stated her doctor must make the decision of her being of sound mind. CCAC had assessed her, but won't help her. He stated (I guess he's competent enough to make a medical diagnosis) that she is totally of sound mind. He then CHANGED the will which my now deceased father named me as sole executor to appoint my brother to make all decisions. He claims there is no copy of his ORIGINAL Will which he made. According to the law society, he MUST keep a copy. Now I have not seen my own mother, nor has my daughter in over 2 years thanks to his decision. George refuses to return any calls to give his explanation and tells the law society that I " am not his client". How convenient. I guess money talks. My fathers dying wishes have now been made a mockery and an elderly Ill woman is denied seeing her only daughter and granddaughter. Very sad.

35 dollars per signature and told me not to call again after inquires about service charges. Unprofessional manner, condesending, treated me like a lower class peasant. Will work with again!

I spoke with Mr. Krusell himself with regards to a recent property purchase. His arrogance was impressive and palpable over the phone! After telling me that I was uninformed about needing a water inspection certificate (which I don't in fact need), he then proceeded to tell me that I "had better hope I'm right about that". Incredible! I have not worked with the company, but could only imagine what that would look like after the initial call! Unreal!

George offers great service with no BS and they work very hard for their clients. I would definitely recommend George and his team for real estate needs in town.
