Rob and Kevin were there same day. identified the problem quickly, gave options on parts, great communication. had it installed the next day with Rob and Mike. Easy, quick, very reasonable. great with the dog too. Appreciate the great service!

I always receive great and timely service from Premium Home Services. We have used them now many times for different needs and each time we have been very happy with the outcome. We have had them service our Furnace and Air Conditioner and also had them replace a furnace for us at a rental property and do some additional repair work there as well. Imagine you're sitting watching an old movie on TV on Sunday night, when out of the corner of your eye, you notice the smart thermostat is blank, totally blacked out! After the initial WT darn moment, and after 1/2 hour of checking things out with the furnace, you see the blower is working but the igniter is not, so no heat! It's turned 10pm so best result now is go to bed with a space heater and contact a technician in the morning. That's where Premium Home Services comes in, I liked that it's a family owned business, with 16 years experience and a solid Google rating, with many top recommendations. My call around 9am was answered by Rob, who I find out later is the owner, and after a brief description of my problem, he booked a visit with an estimator for between 11am and 1 pm. Duly said, just before 12 am, Mike arrived and after thorough diagnosis, unfortunately not only was my 18 year old furnace unfixable, but it has been running dangerously for some time with a corroded heat exchanger. Not good! Mike did a quick tally up of house details and gave me a price with complete install of a high efficiency furnace including HST, which I thought was very reasonable. Deal done, it was scheduled for the next day for installation. Imagine my surprise when Tuesday morning, the door bell rings at just before 8am and Kevin and a bit later Tyler, arrived and get straight to work. These guys are very personable and knowledgeable, and very courteous as they did their work. Although it took until nearly 3 pm to remove the old unit, then get the new one assembled and calibrated, it was fantastic to receive the notice that heat is on once more. My sincere thanks to the whole team at Premium Home Services, for making a stressful and disconcerting and possibly dangerous event, get rectified very quickly and I can celebrate a nice warm home during Christmas and New Years!

We had Premium Home Services install a new furnace in our home. We highly recommend this business. Rob, and his installation team - Tyler and Kevin were very professional, knowledgeable, polite, courteous. They went above and beyond to get the job done right!
