I just purchased a new vehicle with Hamburg Honda and I would highly recommend them! Neil and Bel were both amazing people to deal with and answered all of my questions with knowledge and patience! They weren't pushy as most car salesmen are known to be and they let me make my own decisions which I really appreciated! Sarah the finance manager was very friendly and is excellent at her job! She took the time to answer all of my questions in detail and made that part of the process a breeze! Darryl was very friendly and patiently ran through all the features of the car when it arrived and answered any final questions that I had. Overall Hamburg Honda went above and beyond what I expected and they made the whole process so easy and stress free! I’ve dealt with them for various things over the years including service appointments as well and everyone is always so professional and you can tell that they really work as a team together which makes all the difference!

Recently purchased a Ford F-150 XLT from Hamburg Honda, and can I say my experience was phenomenal. Came in before Christmas, met with Bell on the sales floor and he promptly brought me outside to take a look at the vehicle. He gave me a brief breakdown of the truck, and let myself and my brother take a test drive. Sat back down in his office and he had the Carfax prepared. We discussed price, and him, along with the sales manager were able to get me a great deal. After Bell had everything he needed, I met with Sarah to discuss the rest of the documentation. She was excellent in explaining the purchasing process, along with possible warranty options. After the holidays my truck was ready for pickup. At my scheduled time, Bell and Sarah had everything ready for me, along with a complimentary gift from one of their brand partners. My truck was spotless, the detail on the cleaning was outstanding. Amazing experience, would highly recommend choosing this dealership.

Our third CRV! Great people to deal with. We had given up hope of finding a local CRV to replace our much loved 2014 that was a total loss when T boned in a collision. The side air bags saved my wife. Salesman Dave (you can’t miss him - he’s pretty tall!). Knew of a 2015 that was coming in. It was a one owner, good car apart from some wear on the leather seats. Hamburg had this painted / re-dyed and the leather steering wheel too. We put a deposit down to secure the car. But no obligation to buy unless we were 100% happy. Sales manager Mike was great and made sure the car was fully serviced. Finances and available warranty options were explained by the very knowledgeable Rick. A very pleasant buying experience even down to Charlie from parts putting on new wipers! Thanks to Dave for being a great no pressure salesman, and all the team at Hamburg! 👍

I had an incredible experience with Sarah and Michael at Hamburg Honda. Sarah was amazing, she patiently answered my inquiries and made the process of purchasing vehicle incredibly enjoyable. At first when i went to them, i was not even sure that i am gonna buy the car from them. As we went into the conversation, Sarah explained me everything with so transparency that i did my all paperwork same day. Best part within 1 day i got my brand new civic. Overall, the entire process was incredible quick. I highly recommend must visit honda hamburg if you really looking for good deal with so much transparency in their words and paperwork.
