Loved our stay here! Incredibly renovated new beautiful rooms, views, and helpful staff. Breakfast was great. Would love to come back. Our check in was very smooth with Ashley and she served our breakfast the next morning. She was great!
View on GoogleThis place is one of my new favorites in Niagara Falls, for many reasons. From a warm welcome at arrival by Stella, complimentary snacks and drinks in the dining room, to our great large Victorian stylish room on the 4th floor. An excellent breakfast by chef Joseph and table service by Andrea. Lovely place, great views from my room terrace and dining room. Amazing prices and felt personally spoiled the whole time. Will be back in the next season change. Fully understand why it's rated well and full house. Great find and great job.🥰 Kinda in a small selfish way, I don't want to share this, as It might be harder for me finding a room in the future.😉😊
View on GoogleMy family recently spent Thanksgiving here (3 nights). We booked the King and Queen Deluxe Estate Suite. Rooms: 5 stars for elegance, old-world charm, and the 12' high ceilings (our room only), and river-view walk-out balcony (our kids' room). The bathrooms, although small, made a real impression on us. We loved their shower panel system, the tiling and the 12' high ceilings, the pedestal sinks, and the heated mirrors. Service: breakfast service was great. Chef Joseph made really excellent eggs benedict, quiches, fruit crepes and pastries. My toddler enjoyed the fresh fruit the most. The rest of us enjoyed the meal service. Location: this hotel is about a mile away from Horseshoe Falls, but it is a nice, easy walk. It's away from the more touristy places so it feels more private and exclusive. As far as real estate goes, the hotel has character and charm/ The only part that didn't work for our family was that this hotel is not really geared for families with young children. They were welcoming and kind all the same, but the furnishings, breakfast service, and atmosphere is really geared for adults looking for a quiet and elegant experience. Still, I would book here again all the same!
View on GoogleMy boyfriend and I spent an extended weekend here for my birthday. It was a bit farther from things that are “touristy” and I’m sure in the summer months it’s not a big deal but in the cold months it gets cold walking. The rooms were clean, beautiful views, and the service was great. I especially liked the breakfast you ordered in the morning, plus pastries and fruit were laid out. It was a nice change from chain hotels that just do boring buffets with “eh” food. The fruit crepe was delicious. We would 100% stay here again.
View on GoogleMy husband and I just recently spent a weekend here and we absolutely loved our experience. The breakfast was delicious each time and overall the environment is very cozy, intimate, clean, and spacious. It is very close to the falls and other sight seeing venues in the area. Parking was a plus and we loved that it is just far enough from the falls and downtown to give you some peace and quiet. Would recommend to anyone!
