My girlfriends and I went to a fielding dome to celebrate my birthday. We had been there before multiple times and really enjoy the atmosphere and the wine. Our servers are usually great as well. This time we had Maddy and she was lovely. My only complaint this time is about the food. Being at a winery, and for the price you tend to expect delicious food with a bit of a twist. We ordered grilled cheese sandwiches and a charcuterie board. Well the sandwiches were more like toasted bread with a sprinkle of crusty cheese on the slices. Not gooey, nor held together. The charcuterie board was ok as far as meat, cheese and crackers but the honey and jam you got was barely a teaspoon and the grapes, blueberries and strawberries were rotten and unwashed. When we complained nothing was done. So just kind of surprising for a winery like that. Disappointed and hoping they can do better. I should have taken pictures but there you have it.
View on GoogleThis is my first winery in Ontario! I simply love it! A good red wine in a very beautiful venue surounded by vignards in the snow! Rosemary has been a perfect and lovely host!
View on GoogleA delightful experience at the Winery! Yesterday I went with my family to visit Fielding State Winery and their winter domes, and we had a wonderful experience: the charm of the private domes for each group in the middle of the snow; the exceptional service from the whole team — especially Maddy, whose friendliness and efficiency are unmatched; the menu of very tasty dishes and appetizers; and the wine tasting... I must confess it was hard to pick one wine to highlight, but the Gewurztraminer from the white wine selection won out! I highly recommend anyone visiting Canada, and Niagara, to go and see this Winery. 🍷
View on GoogleA hidden GEM!!! Definitely the best winery in Niagara by far! The staff are super cool, the vibe is amazing, and they’ve got the perfect spots for video shoots, relaxing, and taking photos. I loved their Chardonnay, it was so, so, so good that I’m honestly sad I didn’t buy a bottle (but I’m definitely going back for one!). If you’re planning a birthday celebration or just a fun weekend with family or friends, I highly recommend this place. It’s huge, beautiful, and just so cool!
View on GoogleThe winery's estate was beautiful and a great place to walk around and relax. They had a lot of different areas to sit, such as the tented patio or balcony overlooking the vineyard. They didn't have a huge selection but we both got a glass of white wine which was good. Their charcuterie board was delicious with a great selection of meats and cheeses. Staff were nice and even gave us a sample of their rose.
