This woman is crazy. Her knowledge is very limited, the website ironically is not even secure. I called to ask regarding an rrsp over contribution and she was unhelpful and rude - She only knew about one of the forms and said "good luck with that". What a hack. Go elsewhere.

I've had simple returns and complex ones and they have both been incredibly patient and efficient at completing my taxes in a timely manner.
