Community Outreach Program-Erie

Since Barb and her daughter left a few years ago, what a terrible experience going in there. Being almost interrogated sometimes, they discriminate and choose favorites of clients. No sensitivity training, when Barb ran it, we received $45 vouchers, and now we receive nothing but canned goods. Donars haven't stopped donating, it's the New staff, being overpaid for disrespectful services. Come on Board of Directors, see the light. Listen to your community. 🙏

This place is awesome for help if you need it. Very very friendly service.

Aweful services, we were discriminated against bc, we were the only guys in there other ppl just walked right in without identification, we had everything we needed just to get some food to eat were homeless and just needed something to eat, I'll never walk in that Aweful place ever again, the old lady working the desk turned us down for no reason, I want to make a formal complaint to someone above her, they need to replace her and have someone who actually cares about ppl, we're starving to death

If you have gently uses clothing or can afford to donate some non perishable food items this is the place. Great help to the local community!

The people at Community Outreach Program Erie are always looking for donations and they are a great organization to help in the Fort Erie community since they help those need around us. On several occasions, they have came out to help us with our events and any donations we have received. We will continue to help support C.O.P.E..
