I had the worse experience ever trying to set up services for my dad. I called this funeral home because they were great for my grandmas service and my mom said they are amazing there. I met with Rob I think his name was, and it was a nightmare trying to make the funeral arrangements for my dad. He started out the meeting talking about Justin Trudeau and Donald Trump and how so many people hire immigrants to work for them because the government pays them most of the wages and make money by hiring them and stealing jobs from Canadians and stuff witch is very unprofessional and rude as hell especially in that line of work where you would think they are supposed to be non judgmental. He also just tried to rush into just cremation and no other services because unfortunately my dad had to go through ODSP but we were willing to pay for some sort of visitation but he wouldn’t listen to what we wanted to do. He also said the application from the region might get denied if we paid for the visitation then said he didn’t say that even though he said it at least 5 times and 4 of us heard the same thing. We ended up leaving because he still wouldn’t listen to what we wanted to do so we were forced to go to another funeral home. For it already being a stressful and terrible thing to be dealing with having to deal with that on top of it was beyond ridiculous. I really hope no one else ever has to go through what we had to go through trying to burry a loved one.

Exemplary service from start to finish. The entire staff was professional, kind and understanding. Our family had not a single worry and the entire day/service went off without a hitch. Thank you Kelly & your entire team for making a very hard day, seem easier.
