As a mortgage agent, I’ve worked with many appraisal companies, and Appraisals Niagara is one of my go-tos. They’ve been fantastic on multiple files. Wendy, the office manager, is always responsive, organized, and a pleasure to deal with. Vanessa, one of the appraisers, is currently helping out with a client on a tight timeline and has been incredibly accommodating. Their whole team is professional, reliable, and easy to work with. We were looking at a critical deadline to payout an existing 2nd Mortgage Holder. My Mortgage Broker suggested Appraisals Niagara. They literally contacted me the very next day to schedule an appraisal on two separate properties; our appointment on back to back appraisals was scheduled for the very next day. The appraisal fees were extremely reasonable considering this was an URGENT request. Vanessa was prompt and professional, as well as very calm and reassuring. While very conservative with her evaluation, she explained every step of the process. Her report went back to my Mortgage Broker in little more than 24 hours and was completely reasonable. The report was very thorough and explanatory. I am very impressed with Appraisals Niagara and highly recommend them for any residential or commercial needs. I would give more than 5 stars if I could.
