This workshop is geared especially to seniors, but everyone is of course welcome! Under the instruction of Gino DiBiase from KinFit Studio, Crystal Beach, (Certified Fitness Coach focusing on health and wellness including building strength and fat loss), we will delve into the world of full body weight training. You will discover the fundamentals of proper form and technique while understanding the immense benefits of weight training for your body. Exercise can have profound effects like improved physical health through weight management, strengthened muscles and bones, enhanced cardiovascular health, increased energy levels and metabolism, and improvements in quality of sleep. Participants can expect to learn proper lifting techniques for various exercises targeting different muscle groups. You will receive guidance on setting up equipment, understanding correct form to prevent injuries, and creating personalized workout routines. The workshop will provide a supportive environment for individuals of all fitness levels to challenge themselves and achieve their fitness goals effectively. Due to having limited space at our Crystal Ridge Community Church venue, we can only accommodate a maximum of 20 attendees each class. Therefore, the workshop will be offered as a pre-registered monthly class based on $5 per weekly class. All weights will be provided, you are welcome to bring your own if you prefer.
